Fascinating brain research shows we’re each communicating micro-messages that lead people to consciously and/or unconsciously sense whether we feel safe, trust, respect, and like each other. When we have it going on, this is the subtle yet powerful elixir of being in rapport. So as professionals, how can we increase the chances that people feel comfortable enough with us to want to get to know us, make referrals on our behalf, and keep doing business with us? If this topic interests you, welcome to the August 3rd PWN program!

Based on studies of the language and behavioral patterns of successful professionals, we’ll explore some easy and practical applications of rapport-building. Come recognize and deepen your natural rapport-building skills ~ and how to extend those skills into even more situations where you want to bring your best self forward.  Learn what you might be inadvertently doing that breaks rapport, and how to better align your intentions with the connections you’re creating!

A bit about our speaker, Lindagail Campbell ~

Lindagail is an internationally acclaimed master-trainer in neuro-linguistics ~ the practical study of language and how it affects us. In public seminars and in organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Nike, Lindagail has taught over 10,000 people the principles and skills of stellar interpersonal communication, professional excellence, and personal development.

A native of Seattle, Lindagail grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her pilots license at 18 and was a bush pilot in Alaska and Australia. She went on to study banking and finance, and began a career in venture capital. As a successful entrepreneur, she founded and sold several companies—and retired at age 32. The following year, her husband suddenly died.

In the process of healing from this loss, she discovered the field of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). Recognizing that this was the practical and systematic application of the skills which had enabled her early successes in business, she immersed herself into this work-- and has now become one of the most sought-after trainers of NLP.

With tonight’s focus on practical tips for professionals, come join us for a fun evening of creating authentic connection and rapport!
