We are a non-profit National Professional Women’s Organization started on the Monterey Peninsula in 1983. Members now have networking opportunities throughout Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, the United States and Canada.

Our membership is a diverse group, comprised of wonderful entrepreneurs and dedicated professionals.

In alignment with that, here are just a few of the Members-only benefits:

• “Level Up @ Lunch” - Our monthly General Meeting (via Zoom) on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Speaking opportunity for you to Showcase your business, great networking. Every month we hear from a Speaker who will share on a topic important to our business growth. Also, a valuable Raffle prize to be won.

• Live Mixers - Take place in various business locations in the greater Monterey Bay area. Always great food and connections live and in-person. Several fun Raffle prizes to be won. Starting in October: No charge for Members to attend regular in-person Mixers.

• Business Growth Mastermind - Usually on the second Wednesday of the month (via Zoom). This is where you can get support, feedback and fresh ideas from other women business owners on topics that you have questions about or challenges with.

• Coming in October: Monthly Co-Working! This will be a facilitated event where members can work on a particular project and get 1-1 feedback from an expert.
