Dear PWN Members & Friends,

As we wrap up an incredible 2025, I just want to pause and say thank you. Because what we created together last year was powerful.

And wow, did we know how to end the year in style. Our 2025 Woman of the Year Celebration brought the full Hollywood Glam energy, with real connection at the center of it all. We danced, laughed, and celebrated our amazing Woman of the Year, Julianne Wutke, with the kind of joy that reminds us why PWN feels like home. We enjoyed delicious culinary creations, snapped red carpet memories in the photo booth, enjoyed the festive decor by Meme Mina of A’s Creations, and let DJ Andrie of Trend Sounds keep the night rockin’.

The 42nd Woman of the Year Gala wasn’t just a party. It was a beautiful reminder of what PWN does best: women showing up for women, building each other up, and making space for business growth and genuine friendship.

Now we get to turn the page and step into 2026 with fresh momentum. Your Board of Directors and I are ready to lead with vision, heart, and a little boldness. In January, we’ll gather for our Visioning Meeting to fine-tune our goals and map out an even brighter future for PWN. We’re dreaming big, and we want you in the room with us, whether that’s with ideas, involvement, or simply your presence. If you have suggestions for PWN and/or would like to help out, please reach out.
