Stop Growing Your Business, Do This Instead

with Daniela Bryan

Women entrepreneurs have many demands on them and are pulled in many different directions. To succeed as entrepreneurs they are encouraged to grow their business at all cost.

But is that the best path to success? And what does success mean anyhow? Participants will take away clarity, a path to decision making and and insight into leadership success.

About Daniela

Daniela (I go by Dany, pronounced Denny) Bryan specializes in discerning what matters most to leaders and their teams worldwide. Focusing on the whole human being and the entire team, Daniela coaches her clients to more readily anticipate and adapt to change, strategize sustainable and socially responsible best practices, to hone their decision making abilities, to adapt a collaborative leadership style and to keep a keen eye to work life balance. Her coaching results in conscious, enlightened leaders who care about what difference they make in the world while positively impacting the bottom line.

She has successfully coached senior and international executives in thousands of coaching hours to live up to their potential in companies ranging from Audi to Visa, from Citigroup and Microsoft to Nestle and Toyota. Her breadth of experience in working in and with corporations, non-profit organizations, small businesses and start up companies allows her to relate to and shift people's perspectives to success.

Before founding her own coaching company, DBCoach, in 2001 she was Director of Marketing Communications and Training for the Eastman Kodak Company in London for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, following an extensive career in sales, marketing and product and project management. Here, she discovered her love for working with leaders and their teams in extensive cross-European leadership training engagements.

Style

Daniela’s clients describe her style as open and direct, yet caring and compassionate. Her intuitive wisdom in working with people and teams for over 35 years provides valuable insight and perspective.

Qualifications

Daniela graduated with a BA degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also attended CoachU and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. She is also Team Coaching Certified.

Personal

Daniela manages a global business and estate, has lived in Germany, England and the USA and coaches in German and English. She is an experienced real estate investor and she has been general contractor for her homes in Germany and in California. Her two adult children are currently studying and working in Germany.

As an empty nester she now has the freedom to connect with clients, peers, friends and family all over the world.

Daniela is truly a global citizen.
