“The only thing constant in life is change.”  But it’s one of life’s characteristics that we often avoid.  In this interactive and reflective session, you will directly experience change and the impact it has on the group as a whole and on each one individually. We’ll learn how to look at change from the 40,000 foot level and techniques for responding effectively, so the change outcome is successful. We’ll learn how to differentiate fact from rumor and the role communication and feedback can play in any change outcome. Finally we will discuss how out knowledge of managing change can be passed on to our clients.
