We are a non-profit National Professional Women’s Organization started on the Monterey Peninsula in 1983. Members now have networking opportunities throughout Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, the United States and Canada.
Our membership is a diverse group, comprised of wonderful entrepreneurs and dedicated professionals.

“Level Up @ Lunch” - Our monthly General Meeting (via Zoom) is on the 3rd Thursday of the month. It is a great networking opportunity for you, and two businesses get 5 full minutes to showcase their company. Every month we hear from a speaker who shares on a topic important to our business growth.
Live Mixers - Taking place in various business locations in the greater Monterey Bay area, our mixers feature great food and connections, live and in-person. No charge for Members to attend regular in-person Mixers.
Business Growth Mastermind - Usually on the second Wednesday of the month (via Zoom), this is where you can get support, feedback and fresh ideas from other women business owners on topics that you have questions about or challenges with.
